What the week actually is

Starting a camp is mostly logistics: enrolment, ratios, insurance, materials and a plan for the week. The curriculum is the part that takes a year to write and the part you can licence in an afternoon, which is why most new operators start here.

Day by day

  1. Site setup, staffing ratios and materials
  2. Day-one build and the first failure point
  3. Mid-week diagnosis session
  4. Rebuild and assessment capture
  5. Showcase, parent summary and data export
