What the week actually is

A district summer programme has to survive a board meeting, not just a classroom. That means standards alignment you can point at, attendance and growth data you can report, and a per-student cost that holds up against the alternatives.

Day by day

  1. Site setup, staffing ratios and materials
  2. Day-one build and the first failure point
  3. Mid-week diagnosis session
  4. Rebuild and assessment capture
  5. Showcase, parent summary and data export
