What the week actually is

Summer at a daycare is long and unstructured, and parents notice. An early-numeracy and STEM track gives staff a plan for the morning and gives directors something concrete to show families asking about kindergarten readiness.

Day by day

  1. Site setup, staffing ratios and materials
  2. Day-one build and the first failure point
  3. Mid-week diagnosis session
  4. Rebuild and assessment capture
  5. Showcase, parent summary and data export
